A New Kind of Marketplace
Every day Americans throw away perfectly good items simply because they do not have a use for them. Green Purpose understands that these decisions are often made out of convenience instead of consideration for the environment. By providing members an easy way to relinquish these items instead of disposing of them, we are promoting a greener future with each exchange.
How It Works
Members come to the Green Purpose center to drop-off materials that aren't taken by traditional recycling centers (i.e. old bicycles, furniture, equipment, etc.). Our staff cleans each item thoroughly and offers these items back to our members, often at no cost.
Items in the Members Exchange Room are constantly coming and going, and are available on a first come, first serve basis. So make sure to stop by often in order to take advantage of our great items.
Examples of Previously Exchanged Items
Some items already claimed: golf clubs, a projector and an XBox 360! When you join the Green Purpose community as a premium member, you can shop at the Memeber's Exchange absolutely free. Plus, you'll be contributing to a greener future for our community.
